Domestic Shipping (USA) 

We require 1-3 business days to process all orders prior to shipping.  Shipping time varies depending on shipping destination, generally 1-5 days after processing. Processing and Shipping times may be longer during holidays.  We ship from California, USA using USPS, UPS and FedEx. 

Orders $0.00 - $49.99 shipping cost $4.99

Orders $50.00 - $74.99 shipping cost $2.99

Orders over $75.00 - FREE SHIPPING (USA only)

Tracking information will be sent via email with the tracking number and approximate shipping time. 

International Shipping

For international shipping we use DHL, UPS or FedEx. Wendy Anne is not responsible for any additional charges, custom fees or duties once your package has reached your country. 

Please note Wendy Anne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, claims should be made with shipping company that delivered package. 

Return Policy

To start a return, click here. You will be redirected to our ReDo return and exchange page. 

Returns of un-used or wash items are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your package. Any used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Wendy Anne does NOT provide free shipping on returns or exchanges. 

All returns and exchanges are processed via Redo. If you would like free shipping on a return or exchange, you will need to purchase the “Redo” shipping coverage at checkout, which will then allow free and convenient returns and exchanges.

Redo “free return/exchange” CANNOT be purchased after checkout.

Damage or Defects

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we do require you to email us at hello@wendyanne.com within 2-4 days of delivery. Please including images of damage or defected products. 

Exchanges because you received the wrong item

If you order has an incorrect item and wish to change it, please let us know – email hello@wendyanne.com and put the information regarding your order,  incorrect item and the correct item needed.
