Shipping policy

Domestic shipping (USA):

All purchases will be processed within 1-5 days of ordering and then shipped. We use USPS first class or priority mail services. We also use UPS ground for larger items.

Customers will be sent an email from with tracking information within 1-3 days of ordering.

Shipping times vary depending on location and state. Please allow 3-5 days, possibly more, from ship date for delivery in the USA. After package it given to shipping agency it is not in our power to guarantee delivery date. Please go to appropriate website for tracking information to determine status and delivery date.

International shipping:

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. We use USPS international first class or international priority mail services for most orders. International shipping times are between 6-21 days. This time frame is approximate and according to shipping agencies processing times.

We can only refer you to the shipping agencies website for up to date tracking and status of order.
